These hotter months are upon us and I have some Spring makeup essentials you have to try out. Some of these are my holy grails used for years and some are new found favorites. These offer the coverage I desire without the feeling of my makeup melting off my face.

NARS Pure Radiant Tinted Moisturizer This is the perfect amount of color correction and coverage for me. The formula is lightweight and provides SPF (30) and luminosity to my skin. It allows me to look dewy without appearing greasy. It is meant to be applied with your fingers however I apply using a damp beauty blender. It is not meant to be full coverage. I have used it for years and LOVE IT.

ESTÉE LAUDER Double Wear Stay In Place Makeup: This helps when I want something buildable and more coverage. It helps my uneven skintone, covers imperfections with buildable medium to full coverage. It still feels so lightweight and comfortable. It is waterproof, won’t rub off or smudge. It is perfect for the hot and humid weather.

Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara This one is a newbie for me. I bought because…well after reading the label who wouldn’t? One coat of this mascara allows me to look like I am a fully rested and functioning! Which is funny because these are lies, I am a mom of a toddler. It is amazing what a good mascara can do for your appearance and mood. I chose not to purchase the waterproof because at the time I had lash extensions on and this is a no no for lash extensions. I am not opposed to the waterproof version however I have never tried it. This mascara can get clumpy if you do more than 2 coats. To be honest, 1-2 is the max that you need. If more coats are needed then you should be adding false lashes instead.

TULA Multi-Spectrum Eye Renewal Serum: As much as I try to live in the land of denial, I do realize that I am getting older. This serum is like a cup of coffee for your eyes. One thing that I know I need to do is take care of my skin. Starting with the skin around my eyes. I have incorporated an eye cream into both my morning and nightly routines. This eye cream has a metal applicator always stays cold to instantly depuff and awaken. This is why I love it for my morning routine with my makeup.  I place 3-4 dots around my under eye with the applicator and then use my ring finger to dab the product into my skin. It will help reduce the look of dark circles, puffiness, shadows and fine lines.

TOO FACED Born This Way Super Coverage Multi-Use Sculpting Concealer: Moment of silence for this HOLY GRAIL. I cannot be without this concealer. It is a must all year long. I cannot say enough amazing things about this product. When used properly, it will not crease. This is a huge deal for an under eye concealer. The formula is super creamy & light without being oily or too light in coverage. It blends perfectly into the skin. I use the applicator provided and blend out with a damp beauty blender. I will continue to repurchase this.

Physicians Formula Butter Bronzer After seeing a YouTuber rave over this, I had to try it. I just absolutely love the smell of it. Besides the amazing smell, it is truly buttery. The consistency is so silky smooth and blendable. I never have issues with patchiness or issues with it being orange or muddy. I do not use the applicator that it comes with. I use a Real Techniques brush instead.
