Mother’s Day this year is on May 12, 2019. Do you have your Mother’s Day Indulgences planned? I do! I’ve got 3 things that I have on my list that you should check out and add to yours as well.
Sleeping IN! Yes, I will be passing that baby monitor over to my husband’s night stand and kicking up that volume. It’s all him this weekend, yes I said weekend, I’m riding out the Mother’s Day glory all weekend long.
Taking a long hot shower…alone! There is just something so indulgent about a long, hot shower. Call me crazy, but I love sitting (yes sitting) in the shower and relaxing. Taking my time sitting in the steam and water dropping down while just hanging- perfection! Problem is, that I never get to do this very often. When the time allows for me to shower, it is first thing in the morning and I have plans to get to, no time for hanging out. Or it is late at night and the day just needs to be washed away so I can get to sleep.
Recently I jumped on the Dove Relaxing Lavender Shower Foam train, and toot-toot I’m not getting off any time soon! It provides for such a more enjoyable shower. While leaving my skin so soft & smooth (with no residue left over). As decision maker of all things household, I knew my husband would approve so I grabbed him a Dove Men+Care Clean Comfort Shower Foam Body Wash as well at Walmart. I don’t mind the the fact that it leaves him with softer, smoother skin after every wash.
Lastly- I am passing off the laundry & dishes duty to my husband! I am not a good laundry connoisseur to begin with, so any excuse I get to pass the baton on this one- I’ll take it.

Lavender is a great scent for when you want to relax. I love Foam soap, the extra foamyness just makes you feel so much cleaner.

I love long hot showers, they are the best. My husband uses the dove mens that you have pictured but I’ve never tried any of their other products.
I haven’t used any dove products in years but I am glad to know they are still as great as I remember!

When Dove came out with their foam body washes, I went and got one IMMEDIATELY after I saw the ad. This lavendar one looks like it would be amazing. I have not tried this one.
Maybe I need to hop on this train with you! Also, I want in on the sleeping in portion!
