Oven Rosted Chickpeas
Lately I have been trying to mix it up and find some new healthy snacks. I am currently in the transition of needing to go shopping and needing to use stuff I already have in my pantry already. I came across a few cans of chickpeas (garbanzo beans) in the pantry and decided to give them a try. I am all about simplicity lately and these couldn’t be easier.
Ingredients
- 2 15-ounce cans chickpeas, also known as garbanzo beans, thoroughly drained and rinsed (about 3 cups)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
- Dump the chickpeas onto a lined or sprayed cookie sheet and bake for 30-45 mins (depending on texture you would like, the longer the crunchier)
