The Power Of Positive Thinking

Thoughts become things. Let’s all take a personal inventory of our what we think about so we can manifest positivity. When we feel positive on the inside, we can do GREAT things on the outside! Today I am sharing tips to help with positive thinking as a partner with Pamprin!

They say a negative mind will never give you a positive life. I believe this to be so very true. I have partnered with Pamprin to share a 21 day guide to Positively Powerful Thinking. Why 21 days? They say habits form after 3 weeks. So, we created a 7-day plan to repeat 3 times.

I had made a lot of adjustments since becoming a mom. I found that I needed to make changes in order to become a better person, a better friend, a better wife and a better mom. There are certain friends I no longer wished to have as my company. This was one of the biggest and best decisions that I have ever made. People who carry negativity and criticism along with them daily can become toxic. In order to grow, strive and succeed in life this toxicity needed to be removed.

Changing your daily habits falls suit after these other changes. Have you ever been told that you need to stick with something for at least 21 days? This is because it has been found that habits form after 3 weeks of consistent and intentional effort. The Pamprin 21 days of positivity challenge follows this same mindset. We change the world one positive thought at a time. Let’s do this, ladies! Print out and tape this to our bathroom mirrors and commit to staying positive for 21 days!

I have 5 positive thinking tips to share with you!

1. Embrace the change that is happening

2. Do something simple that gives you joy.

3. Declutter your surroundings, it helps declutter your mind.

4. Prioritize yourself first.

5. Last but not least- Always remember that difficult times are temporary.

A time to get down and out is during our menstrual cycles and this is the time to grab the Pamprin Multi-Symptom. It treats all menstrual symptoms: bloating, pain and cramps, and irritability – not just pain.

After all, It’s a good day to have a good day!

Be Yourself. Be Creative. BE YOUR POSITIVELY AMAZING SELF!

I have been trying to focus on positive thinking lately to help deal with anxiety. I agree that decluttering is really helpful and that sticking to something for a solid 21 days is the way to go!

I’m notoriously pessimistic, so this was a great read for me… I’m working on optimism, because I know it will really make a difference in my life!

Love these thoughts, it is so true, our perspective and outlook is everything. Needed this encouragement as I near the end of this pregnancy!

As a life long pessimist, this is a good reminder to me how beneficial positive thinking is for the well being.

I like your post. A positive attitude changes everything in life. I have struggled a lot every time when I tried new things, but a positive attitude helped in surviving in all the situations.
