First thing is first, what is OSEA and what does OSEA stand for? OSEA stands for the core elements of wellness and their source of inspiration: Ocean, Sun, Earth, Atmosphere. All of their products are made in Southern California. PLUS, they NEVER test on animals! This makes me happy! OSEA products are free of synthetic ingredients, fragrances, gluten, parabens, and sulfates. In addition, all of their products are vegan and most are made with USDA certified organic seaweed. Best part is that these products were safe to use while pregnant because they use only natural, non-toxic ingredients. Which was a win win for me!
The Atmosphere Protection Cream was the perfect lightweight moisturizer. It has a light, smooth texture as well. My skin felt soft and hydrated, but never greasy or oily looking which is my main concern. I will definitely use this in the summer under my SPF. Due to it being so lightweight, I was able to use it in my morning skincare routine. It did not cause my makeup to slide off my face or to become greasy throughout the day.
The Eye Gel Serum did help with my persistent dryness under my eyes. Although stated to reduce dark circles, I did not find that it did this very well. However, I am also pregnant and not sleeping as well as I normally would, maybe after pregnancy I can try using this again for better results. The packaging I wish was a little different as well. One pump gives PLENTY of product, too much product for such a small area. I felt as though I was wasting some at times. I wish that this was in a roller ball to allow the necessary product to be used and have less wasted product.
The White Algae Mask is designed to brighten the skin, even the skin tone and soothe redness while visibly firming and lifting. Although I did not notice as much firming and lifting, I did notice a bit of more even skin tone and less redness around my nose. I love that it is a mask that you can leave on overnight if desired. The pump applicator was also a hit for me. I hate when masks are in a tub that you scrape out or squeeze out like toothpaste. This made the product more efficient for me to use.
The Ocean Cleanser quickly became an item that I noted to repurchase. This cleanser was AMAZING. This doesn’t leave my skin feeling or looking dry which is very impressive. Plus, the smell is heavenly, the jasmine and orange scents take me to a happy place every time. My skin looks as though I have moisturized it already immediately after without having to add any product…this was a huge for me. I keep this cleanser in my shower and use in the mornings for a refreshing cleanse of my skin.
