Mornings in our house are a family favorite. If you have followed along on our journeys through social media then this is no surprise. As a work from home mom, I get the pleasure and joy of spending my mornings with my kids. Although both girls are equal in cuteness, one kid couldn’t be more different from the other. My first born was never a picky eater and we always exposed her to new foods all the time. We are hoping that although their personalities are very different that we can make their eating habits the same.

Due to the change in foods we often have to track the content not only for allergy reasons, but for dietary as well. Both of my kids have always had issues with passing their stool. Now this is TMI if you’re not a Mama, but from what I have learned about the Mama community is that we are very resourceful. When I get a chance to share something that is taboo to some, I get a huge “thank you” from plenty of others.

So let’s talk, Mama’s! Both my kids have a variety in their diet that allows them to be regular in their potty time. However, no matter what probiotics I have given them, apple juice, prunes, etc. they continuously have the issue of hard to pass stool.

I shared my story on Instagram and I must say, I was overwhelmed with the amount of support I received from the Mama IG community. I got so many recommendations and support from these Mama’s that had been down this road. One recommendation I got was something I had not yet thought of. I was told to grab the Stonyfield Organic YoBaby Yogurt. Stonyfield Organic YoBaby has BB-12 probiotics for happy tummies. BB-12® has been shown to have a digestive health benefit when consumed regularly as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle by promoting beneficial gut bacteria and regular, soft stools.

My kids already love yogurt, this was a win win! Because Stonyfield Organic YoBaby Yogurt is certified organic, that means it’s always made without artificial flavors or preservatives, toxic persistent pesticides, artificial hormones or antibiotics; again- #momwin

Right now, we are in a serious independence stage, the texture of Stonyfield Organic YoBaby Yogurt is thick and creamy. It is thicker and isn’t as runny as other organic baby yogurts. This helps with less mess while feeding AND especially for my little babe that is starting to self-feed.

So what’s next Mama’s, can we conquer the world? Send me your questions and concerns and let’s brainstorm to help each other out some more!
