Love is in the air & Valentine’s Day is just a few days away. This cute step by step cake tutorial did not take long, and I was able to keep my little one around to assist. Check out this sweet treat!

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • Confetti Cake mix ingredients
  • 9 ′ round pan
  • 9 ′ square pan
  • Whipped Frosting
  • Assortment of sprinkles

Method
 

  1. Create the batter as instructed on the box
  2. Evenly pour the batter into each pan (about 2 cups each)
  3. Once done baking, allow each to cool.
  4. Slice the round cake evenly down the middle and add to the square cake (at an angle)
  5. Place each half of the round cake at the top sides of the square, in a diamond shape.
  6. Start frosting and grab some little helpers to decorate.
