If you’re a mom, you know the story. You make your coffee, you sip it, you stick it in the microwave for another 30 seconds because it’s now been 30 mins and it is cold. You find it in the microwave about 10 mins later and mic it again. Your little one has just gone down for a nap and you realize that you’ve never gotten passed the first sip of your coffee. I know this can’t be just me.

When I attempt to finish my coffee and it is now 12PM I find myself wanting something cold. The incredibly hot months are upon us here in South Florida. I have a sweet treat that I make for my husband and I on the weekends. It is my Homemade Frosted Coffee and it is so delicious. I promise you, it won’t disappoint. It is the perfect summer treat!

Ingredients:

• 1 cup International Delight Vanilla Iced Coffee®
• 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
• 1 cup ice

Directions:

Blend all this deliciousness together and enjoy!
