So you keep hearing about all the amazing snack options at Disney World, but where do you find the best of them? If you’ve never been to Disney World or just aren’t sure where to find the tastiest snacks Disney has to offer, then this guide is for you. Check out some of the best snacks at Disney World.
The Dole Whip – A Disney Classic
You have probably heard of the Dole Whip. It looks so creamy and tasty in the pictures and it’s such a refreshing, non dairy treat. It’s available in three flavors: pineapple, orange and vanilla. Pineapple is a Disney fan favorite. Head to Aloha Isle, which is in Adventureland in Magic Kingdom or Tamu Tamu Refreshments in the Africa section of Animal Kingdom (pineapple only) to snag this cool treat. You can also find Dole Whip at the Pineapple Lanai which is located in the Polynesian Resort and doesn’t require a park ticket.
Fresh Fruit Waffle Sandwich
This snack is a Nutella lover’s dream. It is a waffle that has a generous amount of Nutella chocolate hazelnut spread with fresh strawberries, blueberries, and bananas. This is a perfect way to eat breakfast on the go. You can find it at the Sleepy Hollow in Liberty Square in Magic Kingdom.
Churro Ice Cream Sandwiches
Also located at the Sleepy Hollow in Liberty Square in Magic Kingdom. It is everything you need on a hot day and more. It is a scoop of vanilla ice cream sandwiched between two fresh cinnamon-covered churro rounds.
Frangipane
Located in the France Pavilion of Epcot, Les Halles offers tasty quick service meals and snacks. We recommend the frangipane. It’s a delicious, buttery pastry with flaky crust and almond flavor filling. Grab one and have a seat on the edge of the beautiful water fountain and enjoy the views.
The Grey Stuff
What’s a Disney snack list without the Grey Stuff? It’s delicious (sorry, had to do it!). Served at the Be Our Guest restaurant, in the new Fantasyland, of Magic Kingdom, this is a newer Disney fan favorite. Nothing beats dining in the Beast’s castle and tasting The Master’s Cupcake, a delicious chocolate sponge cake topped with Lumiere’s “Grey Stuff”. The Grey Stuff is a also offered as a dessert for the Prix Fixe meal without the cupcake.
Goofy Glacier
There’s nothing better than a cold slushy after walking around the hot parks. The Goofy Glacier comes in several flavors including: cherry, orange and lemonade. Try mixing flavors for a tasty, sweet and sour, rainbow punch! You can find Goofy Glaciers at Goofy’s Candy Company in Disney Springs and Big Top Souvenirs in the Storybook Circus area of the new Fantasyland in Magic Kingdom.
Apple Crisp `a la Mode
Hollywood Scoops is the place to go for your ice cream fix in Hollywood Studios. They offer a variety of flavors in cones and cups but also have classic dishes too. This cinnamon apple crisp is a winner when it’s topped with Old-fashioned vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce and streusel! Hollywood Scoops is located on Sunset Boulevard.
Teriyaki Beef Slider
Snack or small lunch on the go, this slider is sure to please. The shredded beef has a sweet yet tangy flavor and is served on a brioche bun. It comes with a pickle which means, you get a snack with your snack! Ha! You can grab your own slider at Caravan Road in the Asia section of Animal Kingdom.
