Ya’ll know that I am mask-aholic! I love trying new masks. It allows me to cleanse my skin, remove any impurities and leaves my skin feeling so soft and moisturized. I hate when I apply a mask and then can’t feel like I can still move, this one doesn’t give me that issue. It still allows movement, aka allows me to continue talking to my husband and kids…which they love of course!
Essential #2: Water
Drinking TONS & TONS of water! Water is so essential for these hot summer days. Water is the cheapest and easiest skincare find! Water flushes impurities and toxins out of your system keeping your face fresh, helping with wrinkles and is key to reducing the breakouts and acne.
Essential #3: Sunscreen
Thankfully my mother, aka my esthetician has always instilled the habit of always wearing sunscreen. Your skin is the most important part of your body. Keeping it protected from the suns rays is a high priority. You should apply sunscreen to your skin everyday before apply your daily skincare products and makeup. The essential skin proteins, such as collagen & keratin are protected by sunscreen.
