A quick and easy way to get your body nourished & feel full in the morning is to create a greek yogurt bowl. There are a ton of options to get creative with. You can create a base of yogurt, greek yogurt or flavored yogurts.
Fresh Berries Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 3 tablespoons Vanilla Granola
- 1/4 cup Strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup Blueberries
Instructions
- Add 1 cup yogurt into a shallow bowl
- Layer on your toppings
Peanut Butter, Chocolate & Banana Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Chocolate Chips
- 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter
- 1/2 Banana, sliced
Instructions
- Add 1 cup of the greek yogurt to a shallow bowl
- Begin layering your toppings and enjoy

I’m drooling a little while reading this. I’ve been wanting to make my own granola lately because I’m allergic to oats, so I can’t buy normal granola. Once I’ve done that, I’ll have to test out a couple of these ideas. They sound beyond delicious!
